Desireé H. Langley is an associate in the Washington, D.C. Region office of Jackson Lewis P.C. Her practice focuses on representing employers in workplace law matters and corporate diversity matters, including preventive advice and workplace training. She has a blend of complex and single plaintiff litigation and counseling experience, which enables her to assist clients navigating challenging employment law issues and disputes. Desiree also leads complicated workplace investigations.
Desireé focuses her on representing employers in cases filed in both federal and state courts, as well as equal opportunity employment matters pending before federal and state administrative agencies. Desireé defends claims involving discrimination, harassment, hostile work environment, retaliation, wrongful discharge, breach of contract issues, and other matters. She is involved in every step of the litigation process, from conducting initial fact investigations and being thoughtful about discovery through conducting and defending depositions, preparing dispositive motions, and trial. Desireé’s enthusiastic and proactive approach seeks to help clients feel at ease throughout the entire process.
In addition to her litigation practice, Desireé partners with her clients to advise on various legal questions and engage in preventive counseling.
